A SENSE OF WHO YOU ARE

I Love You

You are here in this time to help to love to shine. You belong to yourself. You may be married, you may be alone, you may be enthralled. You may share your life with others, you may invite others into your life, but you must keep your presence, as we gave it to you.

You have your own beliefs, your own way of doing things. You have your own thoughts, your own desires, your own path. You have been imprinted with the image of a holy being. It is not the image your parents, friends or others have of you. You can feel, you know what is right and wrong. Follow what is right. Only you can live what’s inside of you.

Accept this truth. You have a divine design. You are no less than, no better than any other creature. Walk gently through your life giving as much love and care to yourself as to others. Replenish your spirit, restore your peace - let it pass understanding. Do not question but in all things wonder. Do not be ruled by things accumulated or words that weigh you down.

In all things, in all ways, believe in yourself. We have given you the gift of life. Do not compare yourself with others. Remain committed to yourself. Fuel your light so that you may see your own path. Do not follow the path of another. It may look easier than the trail you walk but you do not know their journey. You are equipped for this trek, for the rocks, the steep inclines, the muddy places, the landslides, the mountaintops and the valleys, the oceans to be crossed. You can do anything you believe you can. You are safe. We walk with you.

Hear us when we speak. We may sound like your own voice in your head. We are embedded in every fiber of your being. Some refer to us as “a still small voice,” “a knowing,” “a spirit,” “an angel,” “the sixth sense,” “a guide,” “the holy spirit.” We have many names. It is for us to guide you. You have a choice whether or not to listen. We come to you in dreams, in words, in song. You hear us in the wind, you see us in the eyes of others. Stop struggling to understand, to comprehend. You know so much already. Do not try to analyze a higher understanding, you cannot. It will make no sense. You are given knowledge that washes over you like a soft summer rain. It never beats on you like a thunderstorm.

You have a sense of who you are based on how people treat you, that is not your truth. You are so much more. Be quiet. Breathe deeply. Stop killing yourself. You are greatly blessed.
