Buffer of leaves decreasing, a passing dump truck sounds like it’s routed through the driveway. Spider strings create a picture of what happened after dark. Set to record people and vehicles, cameras notify me of every passing leaf.

One morning soon, this heavy condensation will be frost, a time for windshield scraping. Dew, tell me. Who drinks your drops? Who bathes in you? Whose laundry do you wash? Do only flowers gather you in cups? Should you be refrigerated?

Do you know the answers? Not many of us do.
