Turned on the outside light at 0238, pulled back the blackout curtain to see if the last three hours of the storm brought more snow. Opened the portal to warmth to ice on the mat, to ice splashed on the sliding glass, on the vinyl siding. The yellow rubber duck always smiling, thinks of swimming in the hot tub. I think the roof needs to be shoveled. Handfuls of green crystals fly down the ramp over portions of the deck to secure slippidy places.
A splash of orange on the horizon creates a picture over a broken branch, not there after I change camera settings.
In a moment the view changes.
