     Black sky. No stars. Piece of moon in the east. Watched pieces of the stream yesterday waiting for the puzzle to completely join the water. Will be a while before seeing a Great Blue Heron, beaver (if someone hasn’t trapped them), a while before it’s warm enough for spring peepers.

     Zsolt, restless muffs at something making me jump. Probably a deer passing, triggering the light outside the room he sleeps in.

 

Not every warning is meant for us.
