Snow began yesterday at 4, cornflake-size, drifting, landing with a splash on deck. The snow of old Christmas movies and winters when I sat at the window memory drifting with each flake. Evergreens glisten with snow melted leaving them varnished in sunlight. When I open the front door – bird voices – American Robin, Black-capped Chickadee.
Each open door, a new revelation.
