Blue coffee cup sitting on wide arm of gray Adirondack chair, blessing Sunday morning. Sky, a deep summer hue, a blank canvas. Zayne returned to the safety of his room, the other two meandering.
I should retrieve my hearing aids to quench the ringing above which I hear: White-breasted Nuthatch, Brown Creeper, Ovenbird, Common Yellowthroat, Red-eyed Vireo, Blue Jay.
Stream receding, it will not rush back like ocean tides. It is not ruled by the moon but by the rain which is withholding.
Conditions determine many things.
