Sky, silver blue, bright. Soleil peeks through trees changing leaf colors. Barely heard over Ruger slurping cold water from the blue bowl on the deck, the water preferred by the three: Black-and-white Warbler, Blue Jay, Eastern Wood-Pewee.
Coffee in the primary red cup. Not the same red of leaves I see from this window. The leaves will be a different shade of red when the sun no longer touches them.
A warm touch can make a difference in how we glow.
