Darkness here is usually bright. I haven’t used the electric outdoor light for over a year, don’t want to start. There wasn’t enough light on the deck. As the three inspect their fenced-in-land sensors turn on 360 LEDs. I could easily see the spider before leaning on the fence to shoot the stars. Perhaps the spaceship disk needs a need battery to allow it to come on at dusk and remain on until dawn. Perhaps it needs to be replaced with a newer model.
Life is about adapting, finding new ways, letting go of assumptions that nothing will change.
